Tortolì - Cagliari: Stage 3 of Giro d'Italia 2017 in Sardinia
The third stage of the Giro d'Italia 2017 will start Sunday, May 7th from the town of Tortolì and will arrive in Cagliari after a route of 148 km in the south east coast of Sardinia.

The third and final stage of the Giro d'Italia 2017 in Sardinia will take place Sunday, May 7th.
The race start is scheduled at 13:35 pm from Tortolì, the town on the sea of the beautiful Ogliastra. For fans and curious of cycling the Giro's Village will open at 9:30. The arrival will be in Cagliari, the main town of Sardinia.
148 kilometers long, the stage is mostly flat with some slight ripple. The route will develop through the south east coast of Sardinia, fascinated by the beauties of the Rocce Rosse of Arbatax, the landscapes of Bari Sardo, the sea of Villasimius and the Gulf of Cagliari from Torre delle Stelle to Poetto Beach.
The arrival will be most likely in a sprint finish after a final straight of 800 meters in Via Roma, at about 17 pm.
